Shalom. Through the Rav's teachings and practicing meditation, I have B"H been able to enter my inner world. The effect it has on my davening and relationship with Hashem is incredible. However, when it comes to Torah learning I find it extremely difficult to concentrate and I feel the frustration I experience ruins my relationship with Hashem. Can the Rav please guide me to help me concentrate on my learning?
