I am very drawn after these kavanos of the Arizal. But I’m starting to give up because there’s so many different kavanos to remember! Is the kavanos Arizal only for people on a high level and not for regular people? Are there certain conditions necessary in order for a person to have these kavanos? Also I’ve heard the Rav say that today our avodah is not mainly the kavanos but something deeper - what is it?
